Like the title of this post I promise to post a year in review (part 2) soon, but I haven't had time yet. I will get to it though...I think???? It's easier for me to post, short and quick post. Actually I should be doing my homework that's due tomorrow, instead of writing this. I'm even doing this with a baby in my lap now...... Oh well.
This month has been a whirlwind already, our baby boy turned
8 this past week. And among everything else going on we weren't able to have a party for him at the roller rink like he had asked for. I do plan on doing something later on though for Haven and Hagan (when it's warmer, & less stressful) notice I said less stressful, not less busy.... That will never be the case at the Merrick house.

We had family over and for a spaghetti dinner, and then cupcakes and ice cream. It was a success!!!
Then we had a doctor's appointment with Hadley's adoption specialist. Dr.T is a wonderful doctor, we couldn't be blessed with a better physician caring for our little one then the two we have. I will post more about Hadley's progress on her blog. This past Saturday Haven's cheer team competed in Lexington. So proud of these girls, they have great little hearts and they did so good!!!
Splash mini placed 2nd, and Splash youth placed 1st. Way to go girls!!!!
